These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ciao Barber website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use our Platform. If you are under 18, you may need parental or legal guardian consent to register and make purchases.
Account registration
To use certain features of our Platform (e.g., bookings, order history), you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Appointments and cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled through the Platform. You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.
Payments and orders
All service and product prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Payments are securely processed via third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your payment information. Order fulfillment and delivery are subject to availability.
Product Returns
Physical products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Digital products and services are non-refundable unless required by law.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse, harassment, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Ciao Barber or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without permission.

Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to our community.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ciao Barber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Milan, Italy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
