The three level role system, Owner, Manager and Staff, means each person sees and does only what they should. Staff see their own appointments and can record sales. A Manager handles the whole calendar and the basic reports. The Owner has everything: full figures, subscription management, shop settings and financial data. That removes the risk of accidental edits and keeps sensitive numbers where they belong.

Each barber's profile doubles as a marketing asset. Their specialities, a short bio and a portfolio of photographs appear on the online booking page, so clients can choose the barber whose work they like. Set roles and permissions

Each barber runs their own diary
